What is the straight board for?
Straight, architectural border lines: path edges, rectangular beds, and anywhere the line has to read as deliberate. It is rigid, so it does not wander the way a flexible profile can over a long run.
What size is a single board?
14 cm high and 1.2 m long, in 7 mm or 10 mm thickness. Boards are laid end to end, so the run length is a multiple of 1.2 m.
When is 10 mm worth it over 7 mm?
Where the board retains soil, borders a trafficked path, or runs somewhere a mower will hit it. For a decorative bed edge on level ground, 7 mm is enough.
Can I combine it with the flexible roll?
Yes, and most projects do: board along the straight runs, roll around the curves. Both come in the same four colours, so the transition is not visible as a change of material.
